MyYHA FAQ – how to access discounted rates

What is the MyYHA discount rate? 

At YHA we want to say thank you to our loyal customers and members so we created the MyYHA rate - it's a special discounted rate for people who create a login or are already logged into MyYHA prior or while making a booking on yha.com.au.

Do I have access to the MyYHA discount rate if I'm a YHA member? 

Yes, if you have stayed with us before and are therefore a YHA member, all you need to do is login to MyYHA prior to making your booking.

Is this rate only available on yha.com.au?

Yes, this rate will not be offered anywhere else. When you book while logged into MyYHA, you will always get the best rates available. 

How do I get access to MyYHA?

Sign Up or login here - you will be asked to verify your email address (if you haven't already). If you've signed up before and forgotten your password - just click on the forgotten password link below the login  and we will email you a link to reset it. 

I'm having trouble logging into MyYHA.

If you are trying to request a new password but do not receive an email, it means we do not have a registered login for you and you will need to create a new one. If you still have trouble you can Contact Us and we will do our best to help out.

I'm logged into MyYHA but the rate doesn't change from when I'm logged out? 

Some of our properties already have their most discounted rate available on yha.com.au.
