Access YHA member discounts
How do I access a member discount on my stay?
To access a member discount, simply log into yha.com.au or the YHA Explorer app. When logged in, you will receive 10% off your stay.
If you book through YHA Explorer, your discount increases with each completed stay, up to a maximum of 15%. Please note that this enhanced discount is only available for bookings made through the YHA app and does not apply to bookings made via the YHA website (discount remains at 10%) or third-party booking agencies.
How do I access a member discount on food and drink at YHA cafes and bars?
Members who have downloaded YHA Explorer can get 10% off at YHA operated cafes and bards. Just show or scan your digital membership card in the app.
Why can't I login?
You may not have set up a login with YHA Australia. You can set this up here or via the YHA Explorer app.
If you are trying to request a new password but do not receive an email, it means we don't have a registered login for you.
