Important Disclosures

The below disclosure only applies if you (“You”) are a consumer (as defined by the Australian Consumer Law) and are receiving supply of goods or services from YHA Ltd (ABN 94 008 387 791) (“YHA”) within the state of New South Wales:

Section 47A Fair Trading Act (NSW) Disclosure

Before You enter into the Terms of Use (ToU) with YHA, YHA draws Your attention to the following terms and conditions (in summary form) which are contained in the ToU:

(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, YHA has no liability to You.

(b) YHA may, in accordance with its Privacy Policy, provide personal information it collects from You to third parties.

(c) You must indemnify YHA against claims, losses and damages caused by You in certain circumstances (such as where You breach obligations related to applicable laws or infringe the intellectual property rights of others).

(d) YHA may unilaterally amend the terms of the ToU upon the provision of 30 days’ notice to You.

(e) YHA may suspend Your access to, or use of, its app under certain circumstances (such as where there is a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy or where there is a security threat to the app).
