Trails Cafe serves a great range of locally sourced savoury and sweet treats as well as delicious healthy options for you to enjoy. Our coffee is supplied by Fish River Roasters, a boutique coffee business in Bathurst who use ethically sourced beans and low impact roasting equipment.

Take in the sights and sunsets of Sydney Harbour at our Pop-Up Rooftop Bar. Serving drinks from Coopers Brewery, Tulloch Wines and Archie Rose Distillery Co.

We’re thrilled to share that a permanent bar is coming to our rooftop! Construction will take place from Monday 2nd-Friday 27th September. In the meantime, our pop-up bar will continue to serve guests. From Monday 2nd-Friday 6th September, the rooftop area will open daily at 4pm.
